1. At present, we are delivering our sweet treats across Delhi NCR.

2. The delivery charges would be variable depending on the total cart value and the distance. The delivery is free for orders above Rs. 2000.

3. Your order would be delivered up to 48 hours after we receive your order.

4. If you want to schedule your order for a particular date and time, you may email us @doctorbakerofficial@gmail.com and we shall make the arrangements accordingly or you could add the particulars in the notes section mentioned on the cart page.

5. If you are sending the goodies as a gift to someone then you can also add a personalised note, which you can write in the space available at the checkout page. 

6. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive an email regarding the same.

7. Most of our products are dry cakes and cookies which do not get spoiled easily during the shipping process.

8. The desserts that we have displayed on our e-store would be handled safely and securely inside a hard such that the icing doesn't get spoiled.

9. All the deliveries would take place between 12 noon to 7 pm and they will be handled by registered partners dealing with hyper-local deliveries in Delhi.

10. If for some reason there isn’t anyone available at the delivery location to collect the order, the liability would not be on Doctor Baker.

11. The products will be at your own risk once we deliver them to you.

12. Deliveries may take longer than expected in case of certain unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to bad weather and heavy traffic.

13. We reserve the right to cancel the order without any prior notice in case of any disaster or emergency situation.
