CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
At Doctor Baker, once the order is received, our team starts to prepare the arrangement of the ingredients. If you wish to cancel your order, you will be provided with a two-hour cancellation window. You will be notified by email from firstname.lastname@example.org.
A refund will be made only in the form of a coupon code which you can use for your next purchase and shall be processed within 24 hours after the confirmation of cancellation.
We are trying our best to deliver the best products to you.
However, in the rare case that you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, or the product is significantly crushed, or the icing on the cake has melted or fallen off, and/or if some items in your order are missing, please notify us within 12 hours of receipt by sending us an email @email@example.com or call us @+918503997127.
We shall meticulously investigate each case and shall either re-ship the products to you or refund the full amount to your bank account within 3-10 days, on a case to case basis.
Doctor Baker will not be liable in case you miss notifying us about your incorrect, damaged, or incomplete order within 12 hours of order delivery. In such cases, no refund shall be granted from our side.
All our products are curated and packaged with lots of love and care and we make sure to safely load them in the hard case box at the time of delivery. If in case a few cookies or macarons have cracked a little from the side, which is very normal as these are very delicate, it would not be considered a damaged order and shall not be granted a refund.
We try our best to maintain consistency in the colors of our products such that they are exactly the same as the colors displayed on our website. However, color in photographs sometimes vary from the actual product and therefore we cannot assure that the color displayed on your screen would reflect exactly on the actual products that you receive. In such cases, no refund shall be granted from our side.
We have spent years of research and development and testing to assure an appealing taste to every treat that we offer to our clients. However, taste is subjective and hence, we cannot provide any refunds merely on the grounds that it does not appeal to your taste. We are however, always open to feedback and would be happy to incorporate your feedback into our products.
