My name is Chanchal Moolrajani, and as a Doctor, MBA, and baking enthusiast, founded Doctor Baker, a bakery with the mission of delivering heavenly cakes to your doorstep because cake is for life, not just for birthdays! I started in 2019 in Jaipur to provide lip smacking delicacies for you to indulge in and satiate your sweet tooth while at the same time taking care of your health! 

 

I have since opened in Delhi and am focusing on tea treats including macarons, bite size brownies, infused sponge and pound cakes, and cookies to name a few. 

 

I have been innovating and experimenting for more than 2 years to come up with the perfect recipe for all my products and use only the finest all-natural ingredients with no artificial flavorings or preservatives.
