The below points should be read carefully as these would signify your acceptance to them, in case you access or book any of our services.

Below are the terms and conditions for Doctor Baker’s website:

  1. We hold the authority to pull back, rectify or revise any of the services provided any time without any prior notice.  

  2. Our website would be functional all the time. There could be occurrences when we would need to limit some parts of the website or the entire website for maintenance purposes, due to which the visitors might face issues in accessing the website.

 

Placing an order with Doctor Baker:

  1. Orders placed with Doctor Baker are placed in few simple steps. The visitors have to navigate to the SHOP page from the homepage of the website, where the visitors can filter the categories of the items and then select their desired item with preferred quantity and flavor. After accepting the terms and conditions, the visitor would be directed to the payments page.

  2. Our payments are handled by RazorPay, which provides options to pay through Debit/Credit card and various wallet options.  

  3. Once you make the payment, your order would be considered “accepted” by our store and we would notify you by sending an order confirmation email with payment receipt.

  4. If in case the bank or the issuer of your payment declines or refuses to authorize any of your transactions for any other reason, Doctor Baker would not stand liable for any delay in order confirmation or non-delivery of the products ordered.

  5. Our prices are mentioned on our website and they are inclusive of GST. The shipping charges are variable and they depend on the price of the product ordered. The prices are mentioned in the shipping policy.

Production & Labeling:

  1. Doctor Baker carries out its production at the kitchen in Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi.

  2. All our products are made fresh and are packaged in high quality food grade boxes such that the taste, the flavor, texture and quality of the product is unaffected.  

  3. All the boxes are being labeled with all the information regarding the name of the product, its weight, ingredients used, allergens, shelf life and the price of the product.

  4. We have done months of research and development in order to ensure that these boxes would maintain the quality after shipping as would be expected when they are being picked up from production house in Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi.

Delivery and Pick-up service:

  1. We are currently delivering our products all across Delhi NCR. The shipping charges are variable and they depend on the total price of the product purchased.

  2. Once the product is ready, we would be sending a confirmation email either for dispatch or pick-up of the product from our facilities.

  3. All the deliveries would take place between 11 am to 7 pm and they will be handled by registered partners dealing with hyper-local deliveries in Delhi.

  4. If for some reason there isn’t anyone available at the delivery location to collect the order, the liability would not be on Doctor Baker.

  5. We reserve the right to cancel the order without any prior notice in case of any disaster or emergency situation.

Cancellations & Refunds:

  1. At Doctor Baker, once the order is received, our team starts to prepare the arrangement of the ingredients. If you wish to cancel your order, you will be provided with a two-hour cancellation window. You will be notified by email from doctorbakerofficial@gmail.com.

  2. A refund will be made only in the form of a coupon code which you can use for your next purchase and shall be processed within 24 hours after the confirmation of cancellation.

 

 

  1. We are trying our best to deliver the best products to you. However, in the rare case that you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, or the product is significantly crushed, or the icing on the cake has melted or fallen off, and/or if some items in your order are missing, please notify us within 12 hours of receipt by sending us an email @doctorbakerofficial@gmail.com or call us @+918503997127.

  2. We shall meticulously investigate each case and shall either re-ship the products to you or refund the full amount to your bank account within 3-10 days, on a case  to case basis.

 

 Exceptions

 

  • Doctor Baker will not be liable in case you miss notifying us about your incorrect, damaged, or incomplete order within 12 hours of order delivery. In such cases, no refund shall be granted from our side.

  • All our products are curated and packaged with lots of love and care and we make sure to safely load them in the hard case box at the time of delivery. If in case a few cookies or macarons have cracked a little from the side, which is very normal as these are very delicate, it would not be considered a damaged order and shall not be granted a refund.

  • We try our best to maintain consistency in the colors of our products such that they are exactly the same as the colors displayed on our website. However, color in photographs sometimes vary from the actual product and therefore we cannot assure that the color displayed on your screen would reflect exactly on the actual products that you receive. In such cases, no refund shall be granted from our side.

  • We have spent years of research and development and testing to assure an appealing taste to every treat that we offer to our clients. However, taste is subjective and hence, we cannot provide any refunds merely on the grounds that it does not appeal to your taste. We are however, always open to feedback and would be happy to incorporate your feedback into our products.
