Spiced Carrot walnut cake

Homemade. Freshly prepared on order. No use of preservatives. No use of artificial flavorings.

Ingredients: All purpose flour, sunflower light oil, caster sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, salt, leavening agents, cinnamon, ginger powder, clove powder, yoghurt, grated carrots.

Glaze on top: Cream cheese, icing sugar, milk.

Storage and consumption: Store the cake in an air tight container to maintain the moistness. To maintain the freshness store the cake in a cool dry place.

Best before 3 days from the date of manufacture.
